First stage of mineral processing, because it is the first transformation of minerals after extraction, being responsible, as the name implies, for transforming larger pieces into gravel.

Process of reducing the size of the rock, until reaching the desired granulometry. At Brasilminas we have several types of Mills for this type of process.

Ultrafine milling process, where particles are separated/selected by size, allowing effective control of the granulometric distribution of the final product.

Process of classifying and separating the mineral by the size of its particles (coarse and fine). Sifting carried out at Brasilminas is dry, so the mineral to be sieved must be dry. We sift minerals with granulometric fractions from 0.85 mm to 9.50 mm.

We make blends/mixtures of different powdered minerals, obeying the proportion desired by the client.

We work with packaging and bagging/filling service in paper bags, raffia, big bag, IBC's.
